Intro to Canning is an introductory course for those interested in learning how to perserve their own food by canning. This is a hands on learning experience. Our class will help you learn to preserve all the local goodness, whether from your garden or from your favorite farmers.
We will cover the following items:
- Water Bath Canning
- Pressure Canning
- Food Safety Items
