Intro to Canning is an introductory course for those interested in learning how to perserve their own food by canning. This is a hands on learning experience. Just in time for your garden harvest or bulk purchases from local farmer’s markets. Our class will help you learn to preserve all the local goodness.

- Pressure Canning
- Food Safety Items
