Class includes a whole, GMO-free, pastured chicken that you process, and take home notes.
Class will be held Saturday, September 15, at Our Local Farm. We will begin at 9am sharp and finish at 12noon.
Space is EXTREMELY limited.
You must bring your own cooler to insure your chicken is cooled properly.
