The Raising Pastured Pigs class will cover shelter, nutrition needs, moving the pigs, health concerns, and other vital information for pastured pigs.
Who Should Take This Class? Anyone interested in learning about pigs for personal food and/or selling to the public on a small scale.
When Does It Meet? NOVEMBER 5, 9AM-12NOON
What is Covered? Purchasing Pigs, Shelter Needs, Feed Requirements, Equipment Needed
What is NOT Covered? This does not cover farrowing pigs (keeping a sow and having piglets)
