Intro to Canning is an introductory course for those interested in learning how to perserve their own food by canning. This is a hands on learning experience, with 2 dates to choose from (see below for dates)*. Our class will help you learn to preserve all the local goodness, whether from your garden or from your favorite farmers.
We will cover the following items:
- Water Bath Canning
- Pressure Canning
- Food Safety Items
