Our hands on chicken processing class is perfect for those starting their own farm or homestead. We will cover the following topics in this class: equipment needed, tools used, dispatching, scalding, plucking, eviscerating, chilling, and packaging.
Class will be held May 6, at Our Local Farm. We will begin at 8am sharp and finish at 10am.
