At Our Local Farm we say we are “Reconnecting North Carolina to Food and Farmer.” To do this we get out and about in our community and allow our community to come to us on the farm. We are purposeful in each and every outing we take or farm tour we host. If you are on this page we hope to see you and talk to you. Not because we want to sell you something, but because each interaction is an opportunity for lasting positive change in our lives and our community.
We are at the Clayton Farm and Community Market at least two Saturday’s every month. We sell our meats and get to know those in our community. The fellowship (NOT competition) between vendors is top notch and we help each other as often as needed.
The Clayton Farm and Community Market is located in the heart of downtown Clayton at the intersection of Lombardo and Main. The market is open from 9am-1pm every Saturday from April -October. From November-March the market operates every other weekend and is open from 10am-1pm.
When we will be at the market Spring 2018
March 31 April 7, 14, and 28 May 5, 19, and 26
Fresh, On Farm, Chicken Pick Up
When we process our chicken you can pick it up directly from the farm the day we process. Beginning at 5pm and going until 8pm, come by and pick up chicken that is as fresh as you can get.
We so enjoy having you come to the farm and see the commitment we have to our animals, the land, and our community. Reconnecting Raleigh and the surrounding areas to food and farmer is one of our top goals.
